How do I create an account?
Click on "Sign Up" in the top navigation, fill in your email address, password, and personal information. You'll receive a verification email - click the link to activate your account.
How do I log in to my account?
Go to the login page and enter your email address and password. If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password" link to reset it.
I didn't receive my verification email. What should I do?
Check your spam/junk folder first. If you still don't see it, you can request a new verification email from the login page. Make sure you entered the correct email address during signup.

📝 Posting Listings
How do I post a new listing?
Go to "Post New Listing" in the sidebar. Fill out the form with your listing title, description, category, location (city, region, country), photos, and other details. Click "Create Listing" when finished.
What information is required to post a listing?
Required fields include: title, description, category, and location (city is mandatory). Photos are highly recommended. Price, condition, and age are optional fields.
What are the photo requirements?
Photos should be in JPG, PNG, GIF, or WebP format. Maximum file size is 12MB per image. You can upload up to 12 photos per listing - the first photo will be used as the main image. You can rotate photos before uploading.
Can I save a listing as a draft?
All new listings are created with "pending" status. You can complete the listing form and submit it - it will remain pending until you activate it with payment. You can edit it anytime before activation.
📋 Managing Listings
How do I edit my listing?
Go to "My Listings" and click the edit icon (✎) next to the listing you want to modify. Make your changes and save. Note: Some changes may require re-approval if the listing is already active.
How do I delete a listing?
Go to "My Listings" and click the delete icon (✕) next to the listing. Confirm the deletion. This action cannot be undone.
What do the different listing statuses mean?
Pending: Listing is created but not yet activated. Payment is required to activate.
Active: Listing is live and visible to visitors.
Expired: Listing has reached its expiration date.
Suspended: Listing has been temporarily disabled by administrators.
Draft: Listing is saved but not submitted (legacy status).
How can I view my listing statistics?
In "My Listings", you can see the view count for each listing. Click on the listing title to view it on the live site. More detailed analytics may be available in future updates.
💳 Payments & Activation
How do I activate my listing?
After posting a listing, go to "My Listings" and click "Pay to Activate" next to your pending listing. You'll be taken to the checkout page where you can select payment method and optional upgrades, then complete the payment.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept cryptocurrency and wallet balance. Available payment options are displayed during checkout. Some methods may require manual processing.
How long does payment processing take?
Wallet payments are instant. Credit card payments are usually processed immediately. Manual payment methods may take 24-48 hours for processing. Once payment is confirmed, your listing will be activated automatically.
What if my payment fails?
If payment fails, check your payment method details and try again. For wallet payments, ensure you have sufficient balance. If problems persist, contact support with your payment ID or order number.
Where can I view my payment history?
Go to "Billing" in the sidebar to view all your payment transactions, including dates, amounts, descriptions, and status. You can see payments for listing activations, upgrades, and wallet top-ups.
💰 Wallet System
How do I add funds to my wallet?
Go to "Buy credits" in the sidebar. Browse available wallet packages, select one that suits your needs, and complete the purchase. Your wallet will be credited immediately after payment confirmation.
What are wallet packages and bonuses?
Wallet packages allow you to purchase credits in bulk. Some packages include bonus credits - for example, buy $100 and get $20 bonus, giving you $120 total credits. This is more cost-effective than paying for individual listings.
How do I use my wallet balance?
When activating a listing or purchasing upgrades, select "Wallet" as your payment method during checkout. If you have sufficient balance, the payment will be deducted instantly from your wallet.
Can I withdraw money from my wallet?
Wallet credits are non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn as cash. They can only be used for platform services like listing activations and upgrades. Please purchase only what you need.
⭐ Listing Upgrades
What are listing upgrades?
Upgrades are premium features that enhance your listing's visibility and performance. Examples include featured placement, priority ranking, and extended visibility. You can select upgrades when activating your listing.
How do I add upgrades to my listing?
When you click "Pay to Activate" on a pending listing, you'll see the checkout page with optional upgrades. Select the upgrades you want, choose duration (1-60 days), and they'll be added to your order. You can select multiple upgrades.
Can I add upgrades to an already active listing?
Yes, you can purchase upgrades for active listings. Go to "My Listings" and look for upgrade options, or contact support for assistance with adding upgrades to existing listings.
👤 Account Management
How do I update my profile information?
Go to "Edit Profile" in the sidebar to update your name, phone number, and other personal information. Changes are saved immediately.
How do I change my password?
Go to "Account Settings" in the sidebar. Enter your current password and your new password twice. Make sure your new password is strong and secure.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the login page, click "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link via email. Follow the instructions to create a new password.
🔧 Troubleshooting
My listing is not showing up. Why?
Check your listing status in "My Listings". If it shows "Pending", you need to activate it with payment. If it's "Active" but not visible, it may be in a different city subdomain - check the listing URL. If issues persist, contact support.
My payment is not processing. What should I do?
Verify your payment method details are correct. For wallet payments, ensure sufficient balance. Clear your browser cache and try again. If using a credit card, check with your bank. Contact support with your payment ID if problems continue.
I can't upload photos. What's wrong?
Ensure your photos are in JPG, PNG or WebP format and under 12MB each. You can upload up to 20 photos per listing. Check your internet connection. Try a different browser or clear browser cache. If using mobile, try switching to desktop view.
I'm getting an error message. What does it mean?
Error messages usually indicate a specific problem. Read the message carefully - it often tells you what's wrong (e.g., "Insufficient balance", "Invalid email"). Take a screenshot and contact support if you need help understanding or resolving the error.
📜 Policies & Guidelines
What content is prohibited?
Prohibited content includes illegal items, fraudulent listings, spam, offensive material, and content that violates local laws. Listings must be accurate and truthful. What happens if my listing is suspended?
Suspended listings are temporarily removed from public view. You'll be notified via email about the reason. Common reasons include policy violations, payment issues, or administrative review. Contact support to resolve suspension issues.
Are refunds available?
Refund policies vary by payment type. Wallet credits are generally non-refundable. For listing activations and upgrades, refunds may be available in exceptional circumstances. Contact support with your payment details to discuss refund eligibility.
